Q- Can I order by phone or fax?
A- Yes. You can place
your order by calling 610-880-0107.
Q- How
do I know amishloft.com received my order?
A- Within 30 minutes
of placing your order, you'll be e-mailed with a conformation number
and delivery date.
Q- What happens after I place my order?
A- We will check
to see if your order is an in-stock item. If it is. we'll package
the item and ship it to arrive at your home within 7 to 10 days.
Out of stock items should be delivered within three to four weeks.
Some artisans will require more time to complete there work, affecting
delivery time. Furniture orders should be delivered within five
to six weeks if the piece you order isn't it stock.
Q- How does furniture delivery work?
A- When your furniture
is ready to be pick-up from the furniture maker Amish Loft will
contact you by email, about a week before you're furniture is ready
for shipment, to let you know the estimated delivery date. Shortly after you receive our email, the
shipping company will contact you to arrange a date for your furniture
to be delivered.
How long does it take to receive the furniture
after it has shipped?
In most cases customers will receive their furniture between 3 to
5 days after it has shipped. Customer's living on the west coast
will have their furniture delivered between 5 to 7 days.
Many customers' living in PA will have their furniture delivered
by Amish Loft's delivery service. A
shipping company, other than FedEx or UPS, delivers larger furniture
pieces. The shipping company will delivery your furniture curbside.
Extra charges will apply if the customer requests to have the shipment
carried inside the home. Please contact Amish Loft for the cost
of inside delivery. Many drivers will bring your furniture inside,
if a tip is offered.
Q- How
and when can I cancel my order?
A- If you cancel your order 7 days after placing it, you'll receive a full refund. We will charge you a 20% restocking fee for any order that is cancelled 8 or more days after placing it. You can cancel your order by
emailing us your order inforamtion, name and address.
Q- Is
my personal information kept private?
A- We consider the
information you choose to share with us personal and confidential.
We will not share your personal information without your express
consent.
Q- How
much do you charge for sales tax?
A- AmishLoft.com
does not charge sales tax, except for Pennsylvania residents
Q- How long does it take to receive my order?
A- In-stock items
can be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Furniture
orders should be delivered within six to eight weeks, if the piece
you order isn't it stock.
Q- What
if my delivery contains damaged goods?
A- If
your purchase sustains damage during shipping. If this occurs, contact
our Customer Care Department immediately, at (610) 880-0107, Monday
through Friday from 9 am - 9 pm (EST), or e-mail
us, always keep the original packing cartons. Also, refuse your furniture shppment. Any returns or
repairs must be arranged through our Customer Care Department.
Q- What
is your return policy?
A- All items are
guaranteed against defects, workmanship and loss through shipping.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange, refund, or store credit
for the full dollar amount of the original order. All items should
be returned to us before a refund, replacement or credit is issued.
Please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:
1) Copy of the packing slip, which will provide us with the order number.
2) Reason for return.
3) Would you like a refund, AmishLoft.com credit, or replacement?
This information will help us to quickly process your return.
Please return item in it's original packaging.
Allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be
notified once your request has been completed. If items are damaged
due to defects in workmanship or loss through shipping we will pay
for the returned shipping costs.
